In essence, we hold bar stock and ingots to provide greater flexibility. You may be looking to order bar lengths or pieces cut to length, this is all covered with our own in-house capability. However, we also hold ingot to ensure we can supply large volume bespoke forgings in round, flat or shapes to provide you with a quicker solution.

Metal Alloy Stockholder

We have a variety of different types of ingots of varying sizes suitable for forging for large scale projects to specification.

All of our metal alloys are held in various conditions with a selection of surface finishes.

Our size range runs from 1” diameter up to 20” diameter.

Nickel Alloys

We stock nickel alloys in varying grades including 718, 625, 725, 825, 925, and 660.

Stainless Steel

We stock 316 stainless steel, as well as F51, F53, F55, 410, 420, 17/4ph, Alloy 20, Alloy 28, Alloy 400, and Nitronic 50.

Low Carbon Alloy

We stock low carbon alloys including 4140, 4145, 4130, 4330v, 4340, 8630, LF2, F22, F52, and F65.

Cutting and Processing Capabilities

We provide in-house cutting, and project manage metal processing which includes heat treatment, forging, machining, and testing. 

From the moment your stock arrives, we maintain cast and batch information. Etching each piece as it leaves the saw and providing a dimensional inspection of each part. Your goods leave us ready for checking and onward shipping to your customer.

With little effort from yourselves, we simply make your life easier as well as save you money and time.

We retain cutting capacity each week for those quick turnaround requirements. Because we can control the product from start to finish, we are proud of our prompt and professional delivery service because of our fast turnaround and delivery time. 

UK delivery is available within 1-2 days and we offer a variety of international delivery options through both sea and air freight.

We have on-site storage of up to 100,000 square feet in order to reduce your need for stockholding facilities. We also deal with handling and transport of our metals as we fulfil all your needs with ease; thus, we are well placed to service your needs.
